DAY 19 -- SOME PICS TO SHOW

Today I finally got back to my regular routine of therapy and it felt good. It was the first physical therapy session I've had in a week and it went very well. Maybe I was really well rested or perhaps some stem cell benefits, either way if felt good!
I thought today I'd post some pictures from the day of my bone marrow operation.

I TOLD YOU THEY SHAVED ME GOOD!

PRE-OP CONSULTATION

NOT FOR THE SQUEEMISH! I'VE HAD SO MANY NEEDLES POKED IN ME IT'S NOW JUST SECOND NATURE!

ON MY WAY DOWN TO THE OPERATING ROOM

BACK FROM MY BONE MARROW EXTRACTION, THEY CHECKED MY BLOOD PRESSURE, PULSE, HEART RATE AND TEMPERATURE EVERY HALF HOUR, ALL DAY LONG!

NOW FOR A FULL DAY OF REST AND RECOVERY.

I'm just slowly learning how to navigate this blog so I'll have some more photos later!

Hi Lee,
Hope you and your sister are well. I love the pictures, goes great with your storytelling of your travels and adventures. I was a little un-nerved of the needle drama and quickly scrolled by those pictures, LOL! Take care and God Bless.

Cheers Ausha

Amazing pictures and stories. What courage and strength you have to go through all this. Have you been able to catch Amanda Lange on BNN (Squeeze Play)? In case you havn't, she is as witty and as beatiful as every. Take care of yourself. Andrew.
